Winter Restaurant Week, is an event that was first started in 2007 by the Downtown Bethlehem Association (DBA) in an effort to attract people from the Lehigh Valley Area to dine at local restaurants. This event was launched to celebrate the variety of food available in the Downtown Historic District. Restaurant Week started as an annual event in the Summer however, restaurants received such a positive impact on their business that Winter Restaurant week was then created.
The goal of the event is to create Historic Downtown Bethlehem restaurant awareness, and to attract people to restaurants in which they would not normally dine. Each participating restaurant creates their own set-menu, offering a choice of appetizers, lunches, entrees, and deserts for one promotional price.
During the week, the Downtown Bethlehem Association will hold Two (2) competitions to generate attention around Restaurant Week through social media platforms. A winner from each contest will receive a prize including one gift card from every participating restaurant! Each participating restaurant will offer 2 gift cards for these contests.
$100 DBA Members / $300 Non-DBA Members, and 2 Gift Cards. Registration fees are used towards marketing & advertising efforts for all participating restaurants.
